Hiiiiyyaaa!!! :D Guess what??!!! We got new bikes!!! We came back from a meeting and in the living room were two brand new bikes! It was like Christmas morning!!! We have been haing soooo much fun, especially on the highway ;) Hehe. Gotta do what we gotta do!! So this week we worked ALOT with the members in the branch!!! They are soooo strong and inspiring!!! There are a couple women who want to be missionaries in the next year or so and we had the opportunity to go out teaching with one of them, named Sariah. Named after Lehi's wife :D. She's the BEST!!!! She took us to some les active members in our area that we didn't know how to find and it was amazing o see the spirit work with them and they all either invited us in or set up a time for us to come see them!!! We are soooo excited!!! Sister Maico and I taught the lesson in Zone Meeting yesterday, and felt the spirit very strong. We feel humbled and blessed to serve so many incredible missionaries. I successfully embarrassed myself in from of everyone, but it was fun, hahahahah! There are currently 26 young missionaries in Bados!! and EIGHT of them are sisters!!! Yay!!! Every week this transfer we have exchanges for the companionships to come work with us and we are so excited to get the chance to love, serve, uplift, and learn from them:D. About a week ag we set a baptismal date with a young adult named Moisha and her younger sister! She understands the Book of Mormon very well. We also had a very special experience on Sunday. Us, Sister Locke, a sister missionary in the mission office and two of the Elders went to give a priesthood blessing to one of our investigators named Ralph. Ralph is dying of bone marrow cancer. The Elders gave him a blessing of comfort and healing. It was one of the most spiritual experiences of my mission. I feel so much love for Ralph, it filled the room and I know it was the pure love of Christ. We taught and testified of the Book of Mormon and he committed to read it every day if he can. He said something very special to me, as a missionary to hear. He said,
"When I look at all of you it's like I'm seeing one person. You are all the same. You have the exact same spirit. I don't feel like there is five different people with me".
The power of the third member of the Godhead, the Holy Ghost was the one in charge, as He should be. We strived to be in tune with His promptings and the effect thereof was "teaching with one voice". The spirit was so strong. I felt so happy. As we left the house, I could not think of how I could be any happier. Ralph was extremely happy and He and us all felt the pure love of Christ. He is our Brother. He is our Best Friend. He is our Redeemer. I know it. I love you all and invite you to read Helaman 5:9 and 11 :D It will make you feel sooooo good!!! Promise, -Sister Conrad
